Eligibility Criteria for the Contractual Position: Business Developer
- Educational Qualification:
- MBA in Business Development, Marketing, or Finance from a reputable Indian or international institution.
- Age Limit:
- The candidate should be between 25 and 40 years of age.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience, preferably in a multinational firm or institution.
- Demonstrated credentials in successfully changing or turning around a project or institution, particularly in achieving self-sustainability.
- Skills and Abilities:
- An original, out-of-the-box thinker with a willingness to remain deeply engaged and committed 24×7 to achieving set goals.
- Strong liasioning and communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player with a diverse set of colleagues, including military personnel, police, academicians, scientists, technologists, professionals, researchers, and individuals of all ages.
- Leadership qualities to unite the team towards a shared goal.

General Instructions for Applicants
- Minimum Qualifications: The prescribed qualifications and experience are the minimum required, and possessing them does not guarantee an interview. Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) reserves the right to limit the number of candidates for interviews based on superior qualifications and experience beyond the minimum prescribed.
- Contractual Appointment: The contractual appointment will end on the specified date in the appointment letter. Selected candidates have no entitlement to renewal, extension, conversion to permanent status, or any other employment.
- University Discretion: RRU reserves the right not to make an appointment, to revise the remuneration, or to modify the job description, qualifications, and experience requirements as deemed necessary. Serving officers from relevant fields are encouraged to apply and may be considered for deputation or lien.
- Canvassing: Any form of canvassing or influence on behalf of a candidate will result in disqualification. The University reserves the right to take appropriate action against such candidates.
- Application Process: Candidates must download and fill out the “Brief Profile Form” from the University website and bring it along with them for the interview. The form should be neatly filled or typed in at least 12-point Garamond font. Additionally, candidates should submit a one-page motivation letter.
- Document Verification: Candidates must bring the filled form and all necessary documents, along with true copies, for verification at the time of the interview.
