3. NCSM Recruitment 2024 : General Terms & Conditions
General Terms & Conditions:
- Engagement: The role is on a contract basis with an initial period of one year, extendable up to one more year based on performance and needs. It does not guarantee regular employment with NCSM.
- Full-Time Basis: Young Professionals must work full-time and cannot undertake other assignments during their engagement.
- Termination: NCSM can terminate the contract at any time without notice or reason. Normally, a one-month notice or salary is required for termination. Young Professionals can also terminate the contract with a minimum one-month notice.
- TA/DA: Travel allowances are provided for official trips within the country, with travel in AC Three Tier. Hotel, food, and taxi expenses are covered as per Level-5 official entitlements.
- Leave: 12 days of leave per year on a pro-rata basis. Up to one month of absence may be considered without remuneration.
- No Additional Allowances: No other allowances such as HRA or medical facilities are provided.
- Office Timing: Adherence to office timings is required, and attendance must be marked. Absence may lead to remuneration deductions.
- Confidentiality: A Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Undertaking must be signed before starting the assignment.
