Eligibility Criteria

a) For Retired Bank Employees:

• Eligibility: Retired officers up to Senior Manager rank from any bank (PSU/RRB/Private/Co-operative) and retired clerks from Central Bank of India with JAIIB certification.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in rural banking.
• Age Limits:
  • Maximum entry age: 64 years.
  • Maximum continuation age for BC supervisors: 65 years.

b) For Young Candidates:

• Qualifications: Graduate with computer knowledge; preference for M.Sc. (IT), BE (IT), MCA, or MBA.
• Age Limits:
  • Age group: 21-45 years at appointment.
  • Maximum continuation age for BC supervisors: 60 years.

3. Central Bank of India Recruitment 2024 : Pay Scale

Pay Scale

a) Monthly Remuneration:

• The remuneration consists of a fixed and variable component based on performance metrics.
• Categories:
  • Category A: Minimum 25 BC Agents (subject to increase)
  • Category B: Minimum 20 BC Agents (subject to increase)

Payment Details:

b) Conveyance Allowance:

• Rs. 4,000 per month for Category A Supervisors
• Rs. 3,000 per month for Category B Supervisors

c) Mobile Expenses:

• Fixed Mobile/Internet charges of Rs. 500 per month

d) Leave Policy:

• Maximum of 3 days leave per month and 30 days leave per year
