1. Educational Qualification:
- Essential: Ph.D., M.Phil, or Postgraduate degree in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks.
2. Desirable Qualities:
- Strong interest and experience in:
- Data collection and analysis using tools like SPSS and Excel.
- Data compilation and project report writing.
- Typing and computer proficiency.
3. Experience:
- Experience in coordinating and collecting both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficiency in Punjabi and Hindi languages is highly desirable.
