Eligibility Criteria
1. Current Pay Level Requirement:
- Officers should be working in Pay Level 12 or 13 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix or holding an analogous post on a regular basis.
2. Service Experience Requirements (any one of the following options):
a.) Option 1:
- Officers from the following services: Indian Audit & Accounts Service (IA&AS), Indian Defence Accounts Service (IDAS), Indian Civil Account Service (ICAS), Indian Postal Account Service (IPAS), or Indian Railway Account Service (IRAS).
- Must have a minimum of 9 years of service based on the year of allotment.
b.) Option 2:
- Officers from subordinate accounts services under the Government of India with:
- 16 years of experience in total, including at least 10 years in Pay Level 11 of the 7th CPC Pay Matrix (pre-revised pay band-3: Rs.15,600-39,100 with grade pay Rs.6600/-).
c.) Option 3:
- Fellow members of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India or the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, or those holding an equivalent degree.
- Must have at least 10 years of experience in audit, accounts, and budget in Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous organizations, public sector undertakings, or Government banks or insurance companies.
3. Service Tenure Reference:
- The required minimum years of service experience will be considered up to the last date of receipt of applications.
