2. DMRC Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria (as of 01/11/2024)
1. Educational Qualification:
- B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent CGPA from a recognized institution.
2. Age Limit:
- Minimum Age: 55 years
- Maximum Age: 62 years
3. Experience:
- The candidate must have varied experience in the Land Department handling land acquisition cases for Government and Private lands.
- Experience in working with or retired from any Government organization such as CPWD, CPSUs, or DDA.
- Proficiency in computerized operations is required for managing the tasks efficiently.
4. Other Conditions:
- Current Government Employees:
- Candidates working in regular service in any other Government organization are eligible if they opt for retirement through VRS (Voluntary Retirement Scheme) or retire before joining DMRC.
- Disciplinary and Vigilance:
- The candidate must be free from any Disciplinary & Administrative (D&AR) actions and Vigilance angle.

Selection Process
The selection process will consist of the following steps:
