Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualification:
- Master’s Degree in one of the following fields:
- Chemical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Textile Chemistry/Technology
- Biotechnology
- Nanotechnology
- Agricultural Science/Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree:
- A 4/5 years Bachelor’s degree in any of the above fields.
- Candidates with a Master’s Degree in Basic Sciences and a 3-year Bachelor’s Degree must have NET qualifications and 2 years of research experience, as per the following official memorandums:

2. Desirable Qualifications:
- Research experience in the area of cellulose/fiber utilization, with a proven record.
3. Additional Requirements:
- Academic Performance: The candidate should possess 1st Class or 60% marks (or an equivalent overall GPA) in the relevant degree.
4. Age Limit:
- The upper age limit for Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) is 35 years on the date of the interview.
