Selection Process
The selection for the Assistant Manager post will be conducted based on the following criteria:
1. Relevance of Work Experience
- Candidates’ prior experience in relevant fields will be evaluated.
2. Written Test
- The test will assess the following areas:
- Subject Knowledge
- English & Communication Skills
- Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical, and Reasoning)
3. Computer Test
- This may include:
- A Practical Computer Skill Test in MS Office or relevant computer applications/software.
- Alternatively, a Computer Knowledge Written Test.

1. Online Application:

- Fill out the application form online.
2. Important Instructions:
- Only applications submitted through the online portal and hard copy submissions by post will be considered for scrutiny.
- Upon submission of the online application, an Application Number will be generated. Use this number for all future references.
3. Submission of Documents by Post (Before 06 January 2025):
- Print the submitted online application form and send it along with self-attested copies of the following:
- Payment Receipt (not required for Women and PwD candidates).
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- Caste Certificate (SC/ST/NC-OBC).
- Educational Qualification Certificates.
- Mark Sheets.
- Experience Certificates.
- One recent passport-size photograph with the candidate’s full name written on the back.
- For Government Employees: Forward the application through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the written test.
