3. AIESL Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria as of 01.09.2024
A) Regional Security Officer (RSO)
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
- Must be fluent in Hindi, English, and conversant with the local language.
- Mandatory: Valid BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate (latest new pattern) with at least 3 months’ validity as of 01.11.2024.
- Preferred:
- BCAS Certified XBIS Screener
- Proficiency in firefighting, industrial security, disaster management, unarmed combat, legal knowledge, MS Word/Internet skills, NCC ‘B/C’ Certificate.
Additional Requirements for RSO:
- Administrative Functions, AEP Guidelines 2022, Report Writing
- 5 years of security supervisory experience
Selection Procedure:
- Written Test followed by Personal Interaction.
- Selected candidates must bear the cost of the pre-employment medical exam.
B) Assistant Supervisor (Security)
Educational Qualifications (Experienced):
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
- Mandatory: Valid BCAS Basic AVSEC Certificate (latest new pattern) with at least 3 months’ validity as of 01.11.2024.
- Preferred:
- BCAS Certified XBIS Screener
- Proficiency in firefighting, industrial security, disaster management, unarmed combat, legal knowledge, MS Word/Internet skills, NCC ‘B/C’ Certificate.
- 1 year of security supervisory experience.
For Freshers/Ex-Servicemen:
- Graduate in any discipline (minimum 3 years) from a recognized university.
- Vacancies will first be filled by candidates with valid BCAS Basic AVSEC certificates. Residual vacancies will be filled by graduates or ex-servicemen.
C) Physical Standards:
- Female: Minimum height of 154.5 cm.
- Male: Minimum height of 163 cm.
- 2.5 cm relaxation for SC/ST candidates and those from North East or hilly states (with domicile proof).
Upper Age Limit (as of 01.09.2024)
- RSO: 40 years
- Assistant Supervisor: 35 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, and as per rules for Ex-Servicemen.
4. AIESL Recruitment 2024 : Pay Scale
Emoluments
- Regional Security Officer: ₹47,625 per month (all-inclusive as per company policy).
- Assistant Supervisor: ₹27,940 per month (all-inclusive as per company policy).
- Additional Allowance: Candidates qualifying the BCAS Basic AVSEC course will receive an additional ₹2,000 AVSEC allowance per month, valid until the certificate’s expiration.
