1. Educational Qualification

  • A Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) from a recognized University or Institute.

2. Experience

  • Candidates who have completed three years of Senior Residency are not eligible to apply for the advertised post.

3. Age Limit

  • The upper age limit is 45 years (as on the day of the interview).

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST Candidates: Relaxation up to 5 years.
  • OBC Candidates: Relaxation up to 3 years.
  • Orthopedic/Physically Handicapped (OPH) Candidates:
    • UR Category: Relaxation up to 5 years.
    • OBC Category: Relaxation up to 8 years.
    • SC/ST Category: Relaxation up to 10 years

  • Fill out the application form and submit it along with the required documents and a Demand Draft (if applicable) as follows:

      Send the completed application to:
      Registrar Office, 4th Floor, AIIMS Devipur (Academic Block), Deoghar-814152, Jharkhand.
    • Soft Copy Submission:
      Email a single PDF file (containing the application form, enclosures, and proof of fee payment) to sr.recruitment@aiimsdeoghar.edu.in. Ensure the file size is within 5MB and legible when printed.

3. Documents Required

  • Proof of Date of Birth (Class X and XII Certificates).
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Caste Certificate for SC/ST/EWS/OBC (valid certificates issued for FY 2024-25 are mandatory).
    • OBC/EWS Candidates: Certificates must not be older than one year and should meet the Government of India’s format requirements.
  • MBBS and MD/MS/DNB Mark Sheets & Degree Certificates.
  • Internship Completion Certificate.
  • Medical Registration Certificate (UG & PG).
  • NOC (if employed in Central/State Government/Autonomous Institutions).
  • Experience Certificate (if applicable).
  • FMGE certificate (for foreign graduates).
  • Additional documents such as publications, awards, etc.

4. Superscription on Envelope

  • Clearly write on the envelope: “Application for the Post of Senior Resident in the Department of __________.”

5. Reporting for Interview

  • Eligible candidates must report to the Registrar Office, Administrative Block, 4th Floor, AIIMS Deoghar, for the interview on the date specified on the AIIMS Deoghar website.
