Eligibility Criteria
1. Professor cum Principal
- Essential Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing with advanced specialization in Nursing from a recognized institution/university.
- Must be a registered Nurse and Midwife.
- Experience:
- 10 years of experience in the nursing field after registration as a Nurse, with 7 years specifically in nursing education or administration after obtaining the prescribed postgraduate qualification.
- Desirable Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Nursing.
- Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 55 years as of the last date for submission of the online application.
2. Tutor/Clinical Instructor
- Essential Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Nursing/Post B.Sc. Nursing Degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institute/university.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing Council.
- Experience:
- Three years of teaching experience in Nursing.
- Desirable Qualification:
- M.Sc. Nursing/Master of Nursing Degree from an Indian Nursing Council recognized institution.
- Upper Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as of the last date for submission of the online application.

Selection Process
1. Tutor/Clinical Instructor:
- The selection process will consist of a written exam followed by an interview.
2. Professor cum Principal:
- The prescribed qualifications are the minimum requirements; merely possessing these does not guarantee a candidate will be called for an interview or selection.
- A Screening Committee will review the bio-data to shortlist candidates for the interview.
- If a large number of eligible candidates apply, the Competent Authority may conduct a screening test to further shortlist candidates for the interview.
- Candidates invited for the interview must present all relevant original documents to verify the details provided in their application.
- Candidates may also be required to submit an affidavit/declaration as determined by AIIMS, Raebareli, at the time of the interview.
- The methodology of selection will be established by the Selection Committee as deemed appropriate, along with any other matters related to the selection process.
