Eligibility Criteria
- Age and qualifications/experience are considered as of the date of the Walk-in-Interview.
- Candidates must have passed their final examination and completed their tenure by 10.09.2024
Eligibility Confirmation
- Only candidates who have successfully completed their qualifying degree and tenure by the interview date are eligible.
- If the result of the qualifying exam is declared after the interview date, the candidature will be canceled.
Age Limit
- The upper age limit for applying is 45 years as of the date of the Walk-in-Interview.
- Age relaxation is provided as follows:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates
- 3 years for OBC candidates
- Up to 5 years for General category PWD candidates
- Up to 8 years for OBC category PWD candidates
- Up to 10 years for SC/ST category PWD candidates

Walk-in-Interview Details
- Date: 12/09/2024 (Thursday)
- Basis: First come, first serve
- Interviews might extend to the following day, so candidates should be prepared to stay if necessary.
- Candidates must confirm their participation by emailing residentrecruitment@aiimsraipur.edu.in in advance. Use the subject line: “Confirmation of participation in the Walk-in-Interview for the post of Senior Resident for the Department of ……………………….. on ………………” and attach the application form PDF.
- Late applications will only be considered if no applications are received for the same department.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Dearness Allowance) will be provided for attending the interview.

6. AIIMS Raipur Recruitment 2024 : Selection Process
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on the interview.
- Short-listing of candidates for the interview will be based on educational qualifications, experience, and other criteria set by the Competent Authority.
- If there are a large number of candidates, a written test may be conducted to shortlist candidates.
Shortlisted Candidates
- The names of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the institute’s website. No individual intimation will be sent.
- All information related to the Written Test and/or Skill Test schedule will also be provided through the institute’s website.
- Candidates are responsible for regularly visiting the website (www.aiimsraipur.edu.in) for updates regarding the recruitment process.
Documents Required
- Bring self-attested photocopies of Degrees, Certificates, Mark Sheets, Age Proof, Caste Certificates, etc., and present the originals for verification at the interview.
- Candidates must also produce all relevant original documents to support the details provided in their application.
Appointment Terms
- The appointment will follow the Government of India’s Residency Scheme.
- It can be terminated by either party with one month’s notice or payment of one month’s salary without assigning any reason. Failure to complete the initial three-month period satisfactorily can also lead to termination.
- The appointee is expected to work full-time at AIIMS Raipur and must not accept other assignments or engage in private practice during the contract period.
- The appointee must adhere to the institute’s conduct and discipline rules and perform assigned duties. No additional allowances will be provided for any extra duties.
