6. AVNL Recruitment 2024 : Selection Process
1. Minimum Marks: Candidates must have at least 65% in their required educational qualification.
2. Experience Weightage:
- 2-5 years of teaching experience: 10 marks.
- More than 5 years of teaching experience: 15 marks.
- Experience certificates must be from a reputable institute.
3. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their marks in the final exam and relevant qualifications, with up to 4 times the number of available vacancies being shortlisted.
