Eligibility Criteria
1. Who is Eligible:
- Retired officers and employees from Group A to C cadre of the Bombay High Court.
2. Who is Not Eligible:
- Retired officers and employees who were:
- Compulsorily retired,
- Discharged from service during probation,
- Prematurely retired, or
- Dismissed from service.
4. Bombay High Court Recruitment 2024 : Pay Scale
Pay Scale
1. Consolidated Payment:
- Each Resource Personnel will receive a consolidated amount of Rs. 31,064 per month, inclusive of taxes, or as revised by the Government.
2. No Additional Allowances:
- Resource Personnel will not be entitled to any other allowances and will not be considered as regular employees of the High Court.

Selection Process
1. Application Invitation:
- Resource Personnel will be selected based on applications invited through a notice posted on the High Court of Bombay website and any other medium as decided by the High Court.
2. Personal Interview:
- Eligible candidates must attend a personal interview at the High Court of Bombay at their own expense, on a date and time communicated to them.
3. Merit-Based Selection:
- The selection will be merit-based and subject to the approval of the Chief Justice.
