Salary Details
The position offers a performance-based compensation structure, not a fixed salary. Below are the details:
1. Commission Rates:
- 5% of the revenue generated by securing business development with a new customer for technical services.
- 8% of the revenue generated by identifying a customer for knowledgebase licensing.
- 15% of the revenue generated by locating a customer for IP licensing.
2. Payment Terms:
- The payment will be made after the signing of agreements and receipt of payments from the customers for knowledgebase licensing, IP licensing, or technical services.
- Payments will be calculated on lump-sum premia only, excluding any royalties.
3. Applicability:
- The same payment/fee structure applies for developing both national and international clients.
