Basic Guidelines for Application – DHFWS Siliguri Recruitment 2024

Contractual Basis:
- All engagements under NHM are purely contractual, valid until 31.03.2025 or one year from engagement, whichever is earlier. Extensions may be considered based on performance and available funding.
- Engagements under the XV-Finance Commission Health Grant are also contractual, co-terminus with the grant’s tenure, valid until 2025-2026.
Marks Calculation:
- The percentage of marks will be calculated up to two decimal points.
Age Limit:
- The cut-off date for age calculation is 01/01/2024.
- Upper age relaxation will be provided as per government norms.
Caste Certificate:
- Only caste certificates issued by competent authorities in West Bengal before the date of the notification will be accepted.
Experience Certificate:
- The certificate must clearly state the duration of the experience, the organization’s name, the employee’s name, the post, the date of joining, and the period of service.
- Engagement letters or pay slips will not be treated as valid experience certificates.
No TA/DA:
- No travel or daily allowance will be paid to candidates for attending the document verification.
Recruitment Process:
- The competent authorities may cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
Decision Finality:
- The decision of the District Level Selection Committee will be final.
Validity of Panel:
- The recruitment panel will be valid for one year from the publication date.
