Compensation Structure (CTC)
- The CTC includes the following components:
- Basic Pay

- Post-Retirement Medical Coverage:
- This scheme applies to candidates who are 45 years of age or below at the time of joining the company’s regular rolls.
- For candidates joining after resigning from any Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE), this condition will be waived, provided that the combined total of past service in the CPSE and future service in the company is 15 years or more until normal retirement.

Step 1:
- Eligible candidates must apply online through the EIL website by visiting the careers link at http://www.engineersindia.com.

General Instructions
- Application Period: Apply online between 21.08.2024 (0000 hrs) and 04.09.2024 (2359 hrs).
- Email Validity: Ensure your email is valid for 24 months, as interview intimation will be sent via email.
- Advertisement Changes: Any changes to the advertisement (e.g., extension of the application deadline) will be published only on the EIL website.
- Document Attachment: Attach all mandatory documents with the online application as per the list provided.
- Keep a Copy: Retain a copy of the online application for future reference.
- No Postal Submission: Do not send a printed application. Retain it for the interview if required in person.
- Interview Requirements: If shortlisted for the interview, bring original and self-attested copies of:
