Eligibility Criteria
a.) Essential Qualifications
- Educational Qualification:
- Doctorate degree in Agricultural Engineering (Soil and Water Conservation), Hydrology, or Irrigation Engineering from a recognized University/Institute.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of research or teaching experience after post-graduation (First Class) in relevant subjects.
- Skills:
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office.
b.) Desirable Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in:
- Using RS-GIS tools.
- Satellite image processing.
- Software such as ERDAS, ArcGIS, or QGIS.
- Experience in mapping land use and land degradation.
c.) Age Limit
- Upper Age Limit: 35 years as of 31.03.2023.
- Relaxation:
- Up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories.
