2. IIM Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
a.) Essential Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate from a recognized University/Institute with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification work experience in the administrative department of a similar institution or an institution of national importance, preferably from IIMs/IITs.
b.) Desirable/Preferable Qualifications & Experience:
- Post-graduation qualification will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures and practices.
- Preferred experience in working within transport departments, student affairs departments, or in managing hostels/mess.
- Candidates should have strong comprehension and letter writing skills, and document management capabilities.
- Knowledge or experience with E-Office and proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is preferred.
c.) Age Limit:
- The candidate’s age should not exceed 50 years as of the last date for receipt of applications.

Pay Scale
- Monthly Emoluments: Between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month (all-inclusive).

Selection Process
- Selection Method: The selection process may include a written test and/or an interview.
