1. Hindi Translator – 1 post

• Age Limit: 28 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories as per Government of India orders. The Board may consider further relaxation on the recommendation of the Selection Committee if candidates are otherwise suitable.
• Educational and Other Qualifications:Essential:
  • Graduate or equivalent degree from a recognized University in Hindi, with additional proficiency in English.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in translation work in a large establishment.
  Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Bengali.
  • Typing speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi.

2. Assistant- Librarian – 1 post

• Age Limit: 28 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per Government of India orders. The Board may also relax the age limit on the recommendation of the Selection Committee for highly experienced or qualified candidates.
• Educational and Other Qualifications:Essential:
  • Master’s or equivalent Honours degree from a recognized University in Ancient Indian History and Culture, Anthropology, Archaeology, or another allied subject related to museums.
  • Diploma in Library Science.
  • One year of experience in a reputable library.

3. Modeller – 1 post

• Age Limit: 28 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories as per Government of India orders. The Board may also relax the age limit for highly experienced or qualified candidates based on the Selection Committee’s recommendations.
• Educational and Other Qualifications:Essential:
  • School Final or equivalent examination passed.
  • Degree or Diploma from a recognized Art College or comparable institution in Arts with specialization in modelling.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ practical experience in modelling.
  Desirable:
  • Knowledge or experience in museum work.

4. Guide Lecturer (Zoology) – 1 post

• Age Limit: 28 years as of the application closing date. Age relaxation applies for reserved categories as per Government of India orders.
• Educational and Other Qualifications:Essential:
  • Master’s or equivalent Honours Degree from a recognized University in Zoology.
  • Ability to speak on Zoology in Hindi and English, in addition to Bengali.
  Desirable:
  • Diploma in Museology.
  • Experience in a museum or training in Museology.
  • Published research in Zoology.
  Note: Qualifications may be relaxed by the Board on the recommendation of the Selection Committee for candidates who are otherwise well qualified.
