3. Kerala High Court Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
a.) Minimum Qualification:
- A 3-year diploma in any subject awarded by an institution recognized by the State Government OR
- A degree in any subject recognized by any University in the State.
b.) Experience:
- Essential:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in:
- Handling IT Help Desk
- IT Call Centre services
- Court e-Sewa Kendra
- Kerala Government approved Akshaya Kendra
- Central Government approved CSC Kendra.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in:
- Desirable:
- Experience as a Para Legal Volunteer in the scheme of Kerala Legal Services Authority OR
- Experience in providing e-Filing assistance in any of the Courts in Kerala.
c.) Age Limit:
- Candidates must be born on or after 02.01.1983.

- ₹ 15,000/- per month (consolidated).

Selection Process
a.) Interview-Based Selection: Selection for the post will primarily be based on an interview.
b.) Shortlisting: If the number of eligible applicants exceeds the number of available vacancies disproportionately, the High Court reserves the right to shortlist candidates using reasonable criteria.
c.) Modification of Selection Process: The High Court also reserves the right to modify the selection method mentioned above at any stage of the recruitment process.
d.) Interview Details:
- Location: The interview will be conducted at the premises of the Principal District Court of the concerned district or at another location as determined by the Court.
- Venue Change Requests: Requests for changing the interview venue will not be entertained under any circumstances.
