1. General Manager (Signal & Telecom)/Expert
a.) Eligibility:
- Retired officers from Central/State Railways, Government Ministries/Departments, or PSUs in Functional SA Grade (Pay Level 14 or equivalent).
- Sufficient experience in Signal & Telecom construction works.
- Preferred: Experience in Metro Railways, especially CBTC signaling.
b.) Age Limit:
- Must be beyond 60 years and under 62 years as of 01.07.2024.
c.) Medical Standard:
- Should be mentally sound and physically fit.
d.) Other Criteria:
- Free from SPE/DA/Vigilance cases.
- Settlement benefits must have been paid in full at the time of retirement.
2. Additional General Manager (Signal & Telecom)/Expert
a.) Eligibility:
- Retired officers from Central/State Railways, Government Ministries/Departments, or PSUs in Selection Grade (Pay Level 13 or equivalent).
- Sufficient experience in Signal & Telecom construction works.
- Preferred: Experience in Metro Railways, especially CBTC signaling.
b.) Age Limit:
- Must be beyond 60 years and under 62 years as of 01.07.2024.
c.) Medical Standard:
- Should be mentally sound and physically fit.

Pay Scale (Applicable for Both Positions)
- For Retired Central/State Government Officers
- 50% of the last basic pay + DA (CDA) or State DA, rounded up to the next 100.
- For Retired PSU Officers
- 50% of the last basic pay + DA (IDA), rounded up to the next 100.
