- Possess National Trade Certificate issued by NCVT/SCVT.

- Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years, OBC-NCL: 3 years, PwBD: 10 years, Ex-SM: 10 years plus service duration.
3. Medical Fitness:

1. Basis of Selection:

- Example: If a candidate secures 80.58% in Matriculation and 91.68% in ITI, the merit score will be:
(80.58+91.68)/2=86.13.
2. Tie-Breaker Rules:
- Older candidates will be preferred in case of equal merit scores.
- If ages are the same, the candidate who passed Matriculation earlier will be prioritized.
3. Merit List Preparation:
- Trade/unit/community-wise merit lists will be created (no centralized merit list).
- Candidates will be allotted to a single trade/slot based on their merit and preferences.
- No candidate will appear in multiple options/trades.
4. Document Verification (DV):
- Shortlisted candidates (1:1 against notified vacancies) will be called for DV based on merit.
