1. Officers Qualifications
- Officers of the Central Government holding analogous posts on a regular basis in the parent cadre/department
OR
- Officers with 5 years of service in the grade after appointment on a regular basis in the Pay Band Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department.
2. Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in administration, establishment, and accounts matters.
3. Age Limit
- The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation is 56 years.
- Candidates who will be crossing the age of 56 years on the last date for receipt of applications should not apply.

Pay Scale
- Rs. 5,200-20,200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,800/- (Pre-revised) per month.
