5. NESTS Recruitment 2024 : Remuneration
Remuneration
- Calculation: The fixed monthly remuneration will be determined by:
- For Retired Pensioners: Deducting the basic pension from the pay drawn at the time of retirement.
- For Retired with NPS: Deducting 30% of the last basic pay drawn at retirement from the last basic pay, with the resultant amount being the fixed monthly remuneration.
- Terms:
- The remuneration amount will remain unchanged for the duration of the contract.
- No annual increments or percentage increases will be provided during the contract period.
- Additional benefits such as DA/HRA and residential accommodation are not applicable.
- The engagement will not be considered re-employment.
