1. Eligibility
- Retired Officers:
- Inspector, Deputy Superintendent of Police (Dy.SP), Superintendent of Police (SP), or equivalent level officers.
- From Central Police Organizations (e.g., CBI, NCB, IB, Cabinet Secretariat, NTRO, Customs, Income Tax, DRI) or State Police departments.
2. Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognized institution.
3. Experience
- Up to 10 years of experience in:
- Handling Criminal Investigation Cases.
- Working in Intelligence or Counter-Terrorism operations.
4. Age Limit
- Below 65 years at the time of application.
3. NIA Recruitment 2024 : Pay Scale
Pay Scale
- Remuneration will be calculated according to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) Office Memorandum dated 09.12.2020.
- The remuneration is determined by deducting the basic pension from the last pay drawn at retirement:
- Formula: Last Pay Drawn – Basic Pension = Remuneration.
