Selection Process
a.) Application Review
- All applications will be thoroughly screened, and only candidates who meet the eligibility requirements will be shortlisted.

b.) Skill/Trade Test
- Shortlisted candidates will be called to attend a Skill or Trade Test. This test will evaluate practical skills relevant to the position.
c.) Interaction and Evaluation
- Following the Skill Test, candidates will have an interaction session where their experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role will be assessed in detail.
d.) Notification of Shortlisted Candidates
- Candidates progressing to the test and evaluation stages will be informed directly through email or phone with specific details of the time, date, and venue.
e.) Final Decision
- Selection decisions will be based on the combined results of the Skill Test and Interaction Evaluation.
