2. NIT Agartala Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria

a.) Educational Qualification:

• Postgraduate degree in Basic Science OR Graduate/Postgraduate degree in a professional course.

b.) Exam Qualification:

• Candidates should have qualified for National Eligibility Tests, such as CSIR-UGC NET or GATE, or cleared national-level examinations conducted by government departments (e.g., DST, DBT, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR).

c.) Desirable Qualification:

• M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Power Electronics, Energy Systems, or a related field.

3. NIT Agartala Recruitment 2024 : Emolument

Emolument

a.) Monthly Stipend:

• First Two Years: ₹31,000/- per month + HRA (as per applicable rules)
• Third Year: ₹35,000/- per month + HRA (as per applicable rules)

b.) Note:

• Enhanced emoluments may be offered, subject to approval by the funding agency as per applicable norms.

Selection Process

1. Application Screening:

• Only applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be considered for the initial screening process.

2. Shortlisting of Candidates:

• Candidates meeting the eligibility and qualification criteria will be shortlisted. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed via the email provided in their application form regarding the interview.

  • Time: 11:00 A.M. onwards
  • Venue: Seminar Room, Electrical Engineering, NIT Agartala
  • Mode of Interview: Walk-in/Online/Offline (depending on suitability)

3. Interview:

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, where they will be evaluated based on performance and suitability for the position.
• Upon selection, an engagement letter will be sent to the candidate via email.
