Eligibility Criteria for Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
Eligibility for JRF:
- Educational Qualifications:
- M.Tech./M.E/MS(R) in Electronics Engineering/Data Science or any related field.
- Must have a valid score in NET/GATE or any other national exam.
- Minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university in a full-time program.
- B.Tech./B.E in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering/Electronics & Communication Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum of 6.5 CGPA or 60% marks in aggregate from a recognized technical institute or university in a full-time program.
- M.Tech./M.E/MS(R) in Electronics Engineering/Data Science or any related field.
Eligibility for SRF:
- Must meet the eligibility criteria for JRF with an additional requirement of at least two years of research experience.
Desirable Skillsets for JRF/SRF:
- Strong Fundamentals:
- Understanding of Microelectronics & Sensor Technology.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in relevant tools such as MATLAB.
- Good mathematical and programming skills.
- Knowledge in Advanced Topics:
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning.
Note: One JRF/SRF will be appointed initially for one year on a contractual basis, with the possibility of extension based on performance reviews.

- Possessing the prescribed qualification does not guarantee an interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on merit and project needs.

- Applicants currently employed in private, government, or any other organization must submit a “No Objection Certificate” from their employer at the time of the interview.
