Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering.
- M.E/M.Tech. Degree in the broad specialization of Thermal Engineering, Design, Manufacturing, or any allied specializations in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with a valid GATE score.
- Candidates whose dissertation work is in the area of fuel cells or who are willing to work in this area.
3. Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 28 years for the Open category.
- Age relaxation will be applicable for OBC/SC/ST categories as per Government of India guidelines.

Pay Scale
- First Two Years:
- Rs. 31,000/- per month (consolidated).
- Third Year:
- Rs. 35,000/- per month (consolidated).

Selection Process
