• Amount: Rs. 300/- (Three hundred only) – non-refundable.

• ICMR Employees: Not exempted from payment of the application fee.
• Payment Method: The application fee is to be paid through online mode during the application process.
• Important Notes:
  • The fee once deposited will neither be refunded under any circumstances nor can it be held in reserve for any other examination or selection.
  • The fees paid are non-transferable.

Pay Scale

• Pay Matrix Level: Level 6 of the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC).
• Salary Range: Rs. 35,400 – Rs. 1,12,400.

5. NITM Recruitment 2024 : Selection Process

Selection Process

1. Selection Method: Candidates will be selected through a Computer Based Test (CBT).
   • Total Marks: The CBT will be conducted for 100 marks.
   • Candidates must possess a valid photo admit card to appear in the test.
2. Communication of Details:
   • The date, time, and venue of the CBT will be communicated to shortlisted candidates via their registered email ID.
   • No inquiries or requests regarding this will be entertained.
3. Weightage in Selection:
   • CBT Marks: 95% weightage will be given to the marks scored in the CBT.
   • Experience Marks: 5% weightage will be given for relevant research/lab/field experience in any Government recognized or approved institution or organization, as specified in the recruitment rules.
4. Travel Allowance:
   • No TA/DA will be paid to the shortlisted candidates for attending the CBT, and candidates must make their own travel arrangements.

1. Application Mode:
   • Candidates must apply only through the online mode once the link is activated on the website: https://icmrnitm.res.in/.
   • Refer to Annexure X for guidelines (Official PDF).
2. Contact Information:
   • A valid email ID and mobile number are mandatory for the online application process.
3. Separate Applications:
   • Candidates wishing to apply for different posts should submit separate applications for each post and pay the applicable fees separately.
4. Document Upload:
   • Candidates need to upload self-attested copies of the following documents with the completed online application form:
     • Proof of Date of Birth
     • SSC / SSLC / Xth Certificate
     • HSC / PUC / XIIth Certificate
     • Mark sheets of Bachelor’s Degree (Semester/year wise)
     • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Engineering Degree Certificate (Convocation / Passing Certificate)
     • Proof of Work Experience (if applicable)
     • Proof of Experience for age relaxation (Annexure I, if applicable)
     • Proof of Category (SC / ST / OBC/ PwD / Ex-Servicemen, if applicable)
     • No Objection Certificate (Annexure II, if applicable)
     • Details of Experience for candidates working in ICMR Projects (Annexure III)
   Note: All documents must be submitted at the time of application; later submissions will not be accepted.

6. Correspondence:
   • All communication will be done via the registered email ID. Information regarding the examination schedule, admit cards, etc., will be provided through email.
7. No Objection Certificate:
   • Candidates currently working in Central/State/Government Departments/Public Sector Undertakings must submit a No Objection Certificate and a Vigilance Clearance Certificate from their current employer. Failure to do so will result in the rejection of the application.
8. Candidature Cancellation:
   • If any candidate is found not to fulfill the eligibility criteria or has provided false information at any stage of the recruitment process, their candidature will be automatically canceled without notice. No inquiries or correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
