1. Required Position & Experience:
- Applicants must hold a position at Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) or Higher Administrative Grade (HAG) within the IRSEE.
- A minimum of 18 years of Group-A service is required.
2. Age Limit:
- Candidates should be under 58 years of age as of the application’s last submission date.
3. Additional Documents & Clearance:
- The applicant must submit the last 5 years of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs).
- D&A/Vigilance clearance from the current organization is mandatory.
- A “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) from the current employer is required.

How to Apply
1. Online Application:
- Applicants must apply online through the registration format available in the Career Section on the RITES website: www.rites.com.
- Upon submitting the online application, the system will generate a Registration No. at the top of the completed form.
- A printed copy of the online application form, containing the registration number, should be signed and attached to the application in the prescribed format (Annexure II) along with a detailed CV.
2. Submission through Administrative Officer (HOD):
- The application must be forwarded through the respective administrative officer (HOD) with Railway Board endorsement.
- The forwarding should include:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the current employer
- Vigilance/DAR clearance
- Details of any penalties imposed during the applicant’s service
- ACRs/APARs for the last 5 years
- Applicants must send their application in the prescribed format (Annexure II) along with a detailed CV.
3. Submission Deadline:
- As per Railway Board’s instructions (No. 2018/E(O)II/41/1, dated 08.02.2023 & 13.04.2023), applications must be submitted to Railway Board at least 7 days before the last date of the vacancy notice for obtaining approval.
- The forwarded application with required documents should reach RITES within 21 days from the date of issue of the vacancy notice.
4. Advance Copy Submission:
- Applicants are encouraged to send an advance copy of their application (in prescribed format Annexure II) along with a detailed CV directly to:
