1. Visit the Website: Go to https://igh.sailrsp.co.in.
2. Find the Application: Click on “Apply for Trainee Advt. no.-Ref. No. HR-T&M/1599, Date:19/08/2024” under “What’s New.”
3. Select the Form:
   • On the next page, choose:
     • Online Application Form to fill out the form.
     • View Filled Form to review your completed application.
4. Fill and Submit:
   • Click on “Online Application Form.”
   • Complete all required fields and click “Submit.”
   • Note your Application ID for future reference. After submission, changes cannot be made.
5. Print the Forms:
   • After submission, view your filled data and click the “PRINT” button.
   • Print:
     • Filled in Application Form (Page-1)
     • Declaration Form (Page-2)
     • Document Verification Form (Page-3)
6. Complete and Submit:
   • Sign on the forms where required.
   • Paste one recent passport-sized color photograph on the application form.
7. Forgot to Print?:
   • If you missed printing after submission, repeat steps 1-3.
   • In step 3, select “View Filled Form” and enter your Application ID to print.
