a) SCILAL Recruitment 2024 Age Limit

Experience Requirements for SCILAL Executive Positions:
For Government/PSU/Autonomous Organization Candidates:
- DGM (E5) Position:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the grade of E4 (Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 2,00,000) or in CDA scale Level 11.
- CM (E4) Position:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the grade of E3 (Rs. 60,000 – Rs. 1,80,000) or in CDA scale Level 10.
For Private Sector or Other Organizations:
- Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years experience in the last 5 years, starting from FY 2019-20.
- Annual CTC Requirements:
- For the rank of E4: Minimum annual CTC of ₹14.75 LPA.
- For the rank of E5: Minimum annual CTC of ₹17.20 LPA.
- Turnover Criteria:
- Experience should be with an organization having a turnover of Rs. 250 crores and above.

6. SCILAL Recruitment 2024 : Selection Procedure
The selection process consists of two main stages:
1. Short-listing:
- Criteria: Candidates will be short-listed based on educational qualifications, age, and experience as detailed in their application forms.
- Document Verification: Original documents will be verified for shortlisted candidates before they are allowed to participate in the personal interview.
- Short-listing Ratio: The number of candidates shortlisted for the interview will be in the ratio of 1:10. The SCILAL reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on higher post-qualification experience for each post separately.
- Notification: Shortlisted candidates will be informed via email and their names will be published on SCILAL’s website. Non-shortlisted candidates will have 7 days to raise any grievances regarding the shortlisting process.
2. Personal Interview:
- Location: The interview will be conducted physically at Shipping House, SCILAL, Mumbai.
- Additional Selection Criteria: In the case of a large number of applications, SCILAL may conduct a written test or Computer-Based Test (CBT) followed by a personal interview.
- Scoring:
- Interviews: 90 Marks
- Additional Qualifications: 10 Marks

- Unreserved (GEN) and EWS Candidates: 50% in the interview.

- Candidates with specific additional qualifications will be awarded 10 extra marks in the interview/selection process. The qualifications and their corresponding posts are:
- Tie-Breaker Criteria:
- Higher Post Qualification Experience.
- Higher Marks in Interview.
