- Full-Time Mode: Post-qualification experience should be in a full-time capacity.

- Final Entries: Information entered during online registration is final; changes to personal details (e.g., name, address, email ID) are not allowed after submission.
- Email ID: Candidates must provide a valid email ID that remains active for at least one year. All communication will be through this email. TCIL is not responsible for email issues caused by invalid or incorrect email IDs.
3. Category and Reservation:
- Final Category: The category selected in the application (GEN/EWS/SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD) will be treated as final, with no changes allowed later.
- OBC (NCL): Candidates belonging to the OBC “Creamy Layer” must select “General” as their category.
- PwBD: Candidates claiming PwBD reservation must provide a valid disability certificate (minimum 40% disability).

Contractual Terms and Conditions for TCIL Recruitment
1. Contract Period:
- Minimum Duration: 6 months or until the date specified by the Principal Employer/User Department, whichever is earlier.
- Agreement: Candidates will sign a detailed agreement with TCIL.
- No Regularization: The contractual employee will not have any claim for regularization or parity in emoluments with TCIL’s regular employees.
- Termination: The contract can be terminated with one month’s notice.
2. Entitlements During Contract Period:
- Leave: 1 day per month (up to 12 days/year), with a maximum accumulation of 3 days.
- Maternity Leave: Female employees are eligible for maternity benefits as per the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.
