Job Responsibilities
The primary tasks of the Research Assistant will be as follows –
● Visiting and Coordinating with the courts across Mumbai and Maharashtra for research
work
● Collecting and documenting data
● Collating and analysing existing Sukoon Data
● Preparing reports for stakeholders related to Sukoon’s work
● Writing academic and community publications based on Sukoon’s work
● Participate in the dissemination of Sukoon’s work
3. TISS Recruitment 2024 : Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.A.) in Psychology, ideally specializing in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
2. Research and Professional Experience:
- 2-3 years of research experience focused on couple and family well-being and related therapeutic interventions.
- Demonstrated academic writing skills with publications in relevant fields.
3. Additional Skills and Certifications (Preferred):
- Specialized training or courses in Couples and Family Therapy.
- Direct experience as a couples/family therapist.
4. Administrative Abilities:
- Experience handling administrative responsibilities in non-profit organizations.
5. Legal and Language Proficiency (Preferred):
- Background working with legal settings.
- Strong proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
6. Location Preference:
- Candidates from Mumbai are preferred.
7. Teamwork:
- Must demonstrate strong collaborative skills and ability to work in a team setting.

Pay Scale
- Rs. 35000/- per month.
