1. Educational Qualifications:
a.) Academic Record:
- You should have a strong academic background with at least 60% marks in your Master’s degree in a relevant field or a closely related subject.
b.) Ph.D. Requirement:
- You must be a recognized scholar with a Ph.D. or a Fellow of IIMs in the relevant field.
c.) Research Contributions:
- You need to have a solid track record of research, proven by at least 10 publications in high-quality, peer-reviewed international journals.
d.) Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in teaching, research, industry, or a professional role is required.
2. If You’re Coming from an Industry Background:
For candidates with industry or professional experience:
a.) Master’s Degree:
- You must have a Master’s degree in a relevant field with at least 60% marks.
b.) Professional Achievements:
- You should have a strong reputation in your field, with significant contributions to knowledge and practice that can be backed up by your credentials.
c.) Experience:
- You must have at least 12 years of relevant work experience that is recognized at a national or international level, equivalent to a Ph.D.
- Your professional work should be acknowledged by a 3-member expert committee appointed by the Chairman, Board of Governors.

1. Deputation Basis
- Pay Band (PB-4): Rs. 37,400 – 67,000
- Academic Grade Pay (AGP): Rs. 10,000
- Revised Pay Level: Academic Level-14 (Rs. 1,44,200 – 2,18,200)
- Alternatively:
- Pay Band (PB-4): Rs. 37,400 – 67,000
- Academic Grade Pay (AGP): Rs. 9,000
- Revised Pay Level: Academic Level-13A (Rs. 1,31,400 – 2,17,000)
2. Contract Basis
- Consolidated Salary: Rs. 2.67 Lakh per month
