General Instructions for IRCON International Limited Recruitment

  1. Post Availability:
    • The number of posts may vary based on the assessment of requirements. The company reserves the right to increase, decrease, cancel, restrict, or modify the number of posts at any time without providing reasons.
  2. Government/Semi-Government Employees:
    • Candidates working in Government, Semi-Government Organizations, Public Sector Undertakings, or Autonomous Bodies must apply through the proper channel or provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) at the time of the interview.
    • If obtaining an NOC is difficult, candidates must provide an undertaking that they will produce a proper relieving order if selected, otherwise, they will not be allowed to join. Pay protection will be given in both cases.
  3. Document Verification:
    • All information provided in the application will be verified with original documents during the interview/verification process. False or incorrect information or failure to meet eligibility criteria may lead to rejection of candidature at any stage.
  4. Joining Time:
    • Candidates who cannot join within 3 months from the date of the release of the posting letter should not apply.
  5. Current Employment:
    • Only candidates currently working as of the cutoff date will be considered, provided they possess the essential qualifications and post-qualification experience.
  6. Percentage Calculation:
    • Candidates must mention percentages in the fields where required without rounding off. The percentage obtained in the Graduation mark sheet issued by the University/Institution will be considered.
    • If a consolidated mark sheet is not issued, the final percentage will be calculated by averaging all semesters/years.
  7. CGPA/OGPA/DGPA Conversion:
    • If the university/institute does not provide a conversion to percentage, a CGPA of 6 on a 10-point scale will be considered as 60%. Scores on different scales will be prorated accordingly.
    • If conversion is provided, candidates must indicate the equivalent percentage as per the norms of the university/institute and obtain a certificate to that effect for verification.
  8. Typing Proficiency Test:
    • Proficiency in English and Hindi typing, as mentioned in the essential qualifications, will be tested through a skill test.
